Cooking Instructions:

Grilling : Defrost thoroughly. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Frying : Defrost thoroughly. Shallow fry for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly.

These sausages are not suitable for deep frying.

Pork (53%), Water, Rusk (Wheat), Pork Fat, Vegetable Starch, Salt, Vegetable Fibre, Soya Concentrate, Caster Sugar, Honey Powder (Maltodextrin, Honey), Sodium Triphosphate (E451), Yeast Extract, Spices, Onion Powder, Preservative (E223) (Sulphur Dioxide), Flavourings (Spice and Herb Extracts), Antioxidant (E300).

Although great care has been taken to remove all bone, some may remain.

Filled into natural hog casings.
